Solution

$\displaystyle \vec{\beta }={{\vec{\beta }}_{1}}+{{\vec{\beta }}_{2}}$ where $\displaystyle {{\vec{\beta }}_{1}}$ and $\displaystyle {{\vec{\beta }}_{2}}$ have to be found out.

Let, $\displaystyle {\vec{\beta }}_{1}=\lambda \vec{\alpha }$ $\displaystyle \because \alpha \parallel {{\beta }_{1}}$ where $\displaystyle \lambda$ has to be found out.
