Step-1: Make sure that the 2 email IDs that you provide are from different providers. You will be taken to Step-2 where details to activate your account are provided as mentioned below.
Step-2: One digital copy of your 10th/8th class mark-sheet, one digital copy of your recent passport size colour photograph along with the fee need to be sent to get your account activated. The details about sending options/fee options are provided here and no form is to be submitted in this step.
After your account is activated, email will be sent to you providing the necessary details and the course will commence.
